For example, a receptionist and a PA might both be working towards a Business & Administration Intermediate Apprenticeship, but while the receptionist might be focusing on reception services, handling telephone calls and mail or welcoming visitors, the PA might concentrate more on skills such as taking minutes, co-ordinating events or organising business travel.
